Biography

My name is Zilin Jing, a second-year CS Ph.D. student advised by Prof. Shalmali Joshi at [Columbia University] (https://www.cs.columbia.edu/).

Previously, I got my bachelor degree in Computer Science and Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, where I was fortunate to be supervised by Prof. Shuang Li and Prof. Hongyuan Zha. During Jan 2023 to Aug 2023, I am also an international visiting student at Yale University through Y-VISP

Research Interest: Foundation model for event streams (eg: electronic health records), causal inference, reinforcement learning and in-context learning.
